1. Repack merchandise in its original materials, including all paperwork and certificates, if any.
2. You must obtain a return authorization (RA) number from NIRVANA TREASURES before returning merchandise. We will not accept any returned merchandise without an RA number. Normally, RA numbers are issued within 24 hours. Contact a Customer Service Specialist by emailing us at: atyourservice@nirvanatreasures.com
3. The RA number must be written CLEARLY on the OUTSIDE of the package.
4. Insure all merchandise to be returned via US postal service registered mail and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached NIRVANA TREASURES. (Items should be issued for the full value of the purchase amount).
