1. Our 30-day policy gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to NIRVANA TREASURES within 30 days of the SHIP DATE for a full refund or an exchange. It’s that simple.
2. Please note that merchandise must be UNDAMAGED and in NEW and UNUSED* condition and in original packaging to be accepted for exchange. *(There can be no scratches or marks on the item and no sign of wear; the item must not be altered in any way). We reserve the right to deny refunds for returned items not meeting the standards of our QA inspection.
3. All special orders (e.g. Custom designed rings, special finger size rings or engraved items) are considered final sales and may not be exchanged or returned.
4. Refunds will be made in the same manner as original method of payment. (If purchase was made with a Visa Card, then we will credit the same Visa Card with your refund).
5. Please allow approximately 5 – 7 business days for refunds to be processed.
6. NIRVANA TREASURES will not pay the shipping & insurance costs for returning merchandise. NIRVANA TREASURES will issue full refunds on merchandise but will not refund shipping upgrade charges, if any.
