Nirvana Treasures offers affordable jewelry

Nirvana Treasures is founded on the principle that every woman is entitled to own beautiful and classic diamond jewelry without having to pay a fortune.

Neelam Khawani, founder and proprietor of Nirvana Treasures, has “an infinite passion for the jewelry business.” She was born in Hong Kong and comes from a family with four generations of jewelry expertise. Inspired by her parents at an early age, her trademark is the ability to create designs that are a fusion between the East and the West and deliver it to the woman of today. When asked what she wants and expects out of life, she states “It is not about what you want in life,” said Khawani. “It is about how much you want it and what you are willing to sacrifice in order to get it.”

Based in Southern California, Khawani is a graduate gemologist and jewelry designer from the Gemological Institute of America in Santa Monica. She sells to celebrities, entrepreneurs, soccer moms and various high-end fashion houses. Her jewelry has been seen in the nation’s premier magazines.

Nirvana Treasures will open an online store in Fall 2006.
